Welcome to European Accent's new website. We are based in Bruton, Somerset and all our products are sourced by Ildiko and Stephen Green, founders of European Accent.

Our philosophy is to promote and help small businesses and craftsmen to encourage them to create unqiue and environmentally friendly products. We only import and buy products from the EU, the UK and the USA. We have just started working with a fantastic artist from Colorado who makes our lovely range of handmade cosmetic bags. All our linen and handbags are unique one-offs.

To help the environment we use recycled or recyclable packaging materials and all our products are transported by the most ethical methods possible.

Our business started by selling Hungarian grain sacks. These grain sacks are handmade, antique and very durable. These sacks were made by women in Hungary and other Eastern European countries about a century ago, having a wonderful rustic touch to them and look amazing in any home.

As time goes by we hope to add to our range of interesting, beautiful and most importantly eco-friendly products so keep checking for exciting new additions!
